The 100 Steps

Also called 100 Steps to Afizere Settlement

A stone staircase cut into the hillside, climbing to an Afizere settlement and a clear view over the city.

The 100 Steps is a stone-carved staircase running up the hill to an Afizere settlement. It sits within the museum grounds and is often missed by visitors who stop at the exhibits.

The climb is short but steep. The payoff is a clean line of sight across central Jos.

Best in the hour before sunset, though plan your return so you are not on the road after dark.
