Anaboze
Also known as Buji
A people of Bassa, north-west of Jos, whose Remeze festival reached this site because the brand filmed it rather than because anyone wrote it down.
History
The Anaboze, also called Buji, are one of the peoples of Bassa Local Government Area on the north-western side of the Plateau.
Their annual cultural festival is Remeze.
This is a deliberately short record. The published material on the Anaboze is close to nothing, and the source for what is here is a Discover Jos film of the festival rather than a written account. Everything below dress, food and dance is therefore blank rather than guessed.
Dress
We do not yet hold a description of Anaboze dress that we trust enough to publish. Rather than borrow one from a neighbouring people, this is left empty.
Food
No Anaboze dishes are on record here yet.
Dance
No Anaboze dances are on record here yet.

Sources
Still missing from this record: dress, food, dance. The published material on the Anaboze is thin in these areas, and filling the gaps means asking people rather than reading more.
