Assop Falls

About seventy kilometres out on the Kagoro road, draining the Assop River over a broad rock shelf.

Assop Falls sits roughly seventy kilometres from Jos beside the Jos–Kagoro road, which makes it an easy stop rather than an expedition.

The falls run hardest at the tail of the rainy season. In the dry months the flow drops considerably, so time your visit to what you want to see.

This is a highway-adjacent site. Watch your belongings and do not linger after dark.
