The city's landmark hotel, under restoration. First phase was slated for delivery in October 2026.

Hill Station is the hotel Jos is known by, and its decline tracked the city's own. It is now the centrepiece of the state's hospitality revival, with contractors having committed to delivering a first phase by 1 October 2026.

New perimeter fencing has already gone up and has been enough on its own to restart public conversation about the building.

Not currently a place to stay. Listed here because anyone planning a trip past late 2026 will want to track it.
